Maverick Nigerian entertainer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy claims the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has fixed September 16 for judgement on the petitions challenging the victory of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The Labour Party, LP, candidate , Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the February 25 election had filed petitions asking the Tribunal to sack Tinubu over several allegations.
Charly Boy in a tweet on his official X handle, urged supporters of Obi known as Obidients to get ready for the judgement.
The post reads, “OBIDIENTS ARE U Ready? Tribunal (PEPT) has announced that the judgment date for the cases involving Peter Obi and the Labour Party against Bola Tinubu, INEC, Shettima, and APC, as well as the PDP’s case of Atiku against APC, INEC, and Tinubu, is scheduled for September 16, 2023.”
