The All Progressives Congress (APC) has rejected reports that it has withdrawn its 2027 Presidential Campaign Council list.
The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, described the reports as mere rumours, insisting that no such decision had been taken.
Morka made the clarification while speaking with TheCable on Tuesday morning.
According to him, the APC would formally announce any adjustment to the campaign council list if such a decision is made.
The statement followed reports circulating that the ruling party had withdrawn the list released as part of preparations for President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 re-election campaign.
Morka, however, urged the public to disregard the reports, maintaining that the party would communicate through official channels whenever there are changes to the list.
The development comes as the APC intensifies preparations for the 2027 general election and begins to mobilise its structures and key stakeholders for the poll.
