Senate Moves to Conclude Screening
A source within the Foreign Affairs Committee said the remaining nominees will be screened in batches before their names are returned to the full Senate for confirmation.
If approved, the 68 nominees will fill ambassadorial positions left vacant since Tinubu recalled all heads of mission in 2023, potentially revitalising Nigeria’s diplomatic engagements across continents.
