MRS Oil Nigeria Plc has confirmed the resignation of Amina Maina from its board as a non-executive director, effective July 11, 2025.
The announcement was made in a statement issued on Friday by the company’s secretary, Oluwakemi Jafojo, noting that the board approved her resignation via a written resolution dated June 13.
Ms Maina, a prominent figure within the MRS Group, also serves as Group Executive Director (Supply and Trading) at MRS Holdings Limited and Executive Director at MRS Oil & Gas Company Limited. Her departure marks the end of a significant chapter in the company’s leadership.

No reason was given for her resignation, and the company has not announced a replacement at this time.
