International Breweries Plc has announced the appointment of Mrs. Toyin Adeniji as a Non-Executive Director, effective July 31, 2025.
Adeniji brings over 28 years of leadership experience spanning banking, development finance, and private sector growth across Africa and globally. She previously held senior roles at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where she spearheaded strategic initiatives, global partnerships, and innovative financing solutions.
Until recently, she served as Executive Director at the Bank of Industry (BoI), Nigeria, where she championed transformative programmes for SMEs and women-led businesses. She has also served on the boards of leading companies in the manufacturing and financial sectors and is currently a board member of Nigerian Aluminum Extrusion Company (NIGALEX), providing strategic direction for growth.
Adeniji is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE). She also holds an MBA and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
