The Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service, FCT-IRS, at the weekend asked Abuja-based Nigerian socialite, Aisha Achimugu to file her annual tax returns.

The service recently gave the reminder, in a statement on X, while responding to a post on the lavish seven-day party, hosted by Achimugu in Grenada, a Caribbean Island country.

The festivities commenced on January 16 with the arrival of guests, ending on January 23 with a luxurious dinner.

Reacting to the celebration, the FCT-IRS extended its regards to the socialite on her birthday celebration.

“The FCT-Internal Revenue Service extends our warmest birthday wishes to you! May this special day be filled with joy and blessings. Remember to fulfill your tax obligations by filing your annual tax returns,” FCT-IRS wrote.

Achimugu’s elaborate 50th birthday celebration had drawn mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media.
