The Nasarawa State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting Lafia, the state capital, has sacked Abdullahi Sule, governor of the state and declared David Ombugadu, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as winner of the governorship election.
In their ruling on Monday, two of the three justices, said Ombugadu won the election, while one judge dissented.
